One of the Orthosie co-founders had a hobby of collecting quotes, and decide to publish all the the collected quotes one day, that became TheySaidSo.com. During market research we realized there were numerous quote platforms, all with only human access to quotes. No website offered a programming interface.
TheySaidSo API was born.
Being the first Quotes API in the market gave us a significant advantage in adoption. 6 years later TheySaidSo API, even with others following our path, remains top in the list. But, our real pleasure is in watching creative uses of this API.
